At Number City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days from the date you received your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Personalized or customized products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges, but we will gladly help you with the return process and guide you on reordering.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability and your preference.

Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item when you contact us, so we can process your request promptly.

7. Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure a smooth return process.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will refund your return shipping cost.
